Hi, I teach PE at the high school. What we’ve found, is that our middle school students (who need encouragement to be active) are more likely to be active when their parents participate, too.

Not sure the age of your children but we go on family hikes on the weekends or after dinner with our dog. Also our oldest (13) will do some online workouts with friends (virtually) at times. Peloton (app based) seems interesting to her.
